These terms cover your use of HushSanta (hushsanta.com), run by Camilo Gil in Ontario, Canada. By using the site you agree to them.
The service
HushSanta is free. It helps you draw names for a gift exchange and sends emails to the people you add. We may change or stop the service at any time.
Your responsibilities
- Only add people who know about your exchange and would expect to hear from it. Don't use HushSanta to send spam or anything unrelated to a gift exchange.
- Don't add a child's own email address without a parent's permission.
- Don't post anything illegal, hateful, or harassing in names, wishlists or messages. We can remove content or groups that break these rules.
- Keep private links private. Anyone who has a link can use it.
Gifts, links and ads
Gift ideas, prices and delivery estimates are suggestions only and may be out of date. Purchases happen on other websites, under their terms. We're not responsible for products, sellers, shipping, or the gifts people choose. Some links are affiliate links and some pages show ads, which is how the site stays free.
No warranty
HushSanta is provided "as is". We do our best, but emails can be delayed or land in spam, and the site may be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using the site, and our total liability is limited to $0, since the service is free.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
